9ice, Kate Henshaw lose in primary election

Two Prominent Nigerian entertainment stars lost out to their opponent
during their political primaries over weekend.
Yesterday, Nollywood actress, Kate Henshaw has lost her ticket to
represent the Calabar South Federal Constituency under the platform of
the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in party primary held in the state
on Sunday.
After Ms. Henshaw had been defeated at the primary election, she took
to her twitter account to address her loss with grace.
Also, Nigerian hip-hop artiste, Abolore Akande aka "9ice, lost in his
campaign run for House of Representative for Ogbomosjo North/South and
Orire Federal Constituency. He lost out to an formidable opponent,
Prince Akeem Oyewumi, son of the Soun of Ogbomoso at the All
Progressives Congress party primary in Oyo state.
