Forget walking on air--apparently, it's all about walking on fur.
Kim Kardashian is rocking a new pair of heels that looks like, well, a mobile shag rug for your feet. The star stepped out with the funky footwear on Dec. 18 while enjoying a date night with hubby Kanye West in Brentwood, California. The so-in-love pair hit up local favorite Bandera for dinner.
The rabbit fur-lined heels come courtesy of Céline's Fall 2010 collection. (How much does it cost to feel like you're walking on a bunny-soft insole? Over $6,000, apparently.)
Kim, as we know, likes to experiment with fashion--but we're more used to her ubiquitous Tom Ford gold chain heels. The fuzzy switch-up even caught us off guard!
Kardashian isn't the only style star who likes to experiment with embellished footwear: These Céline heels brought Tilda Swinton's feather-adorned sandals to mind--you know, the Schiaparelli ones we thought were ready for takeoff at the premiere of The Grand Budapest Hotel in Berlin back in February.
Back to Mrs. West--the fashion forward mommy may be on the road to reviving an old trend: There hasn't been a fur It-shoe since Alexander Wang's caped pair (also of the bunny variety) from 2011.
