Rihanna's new hair: The star debuts red locks on set of new music video

 

Some women can’t even watch as an inch is chopped off their locks, but Rihanna is forever changing her hair – and this time she’s been spotted with a flowing red mane.
The star appeared to have ditched her black locks in favour of the Poison Ivy-style waves.

The 27-year-old was photographed shooting scenes for her new music video off on a barge while off of the coast of Santa Monica at Marina Del Rey earlier this week.
Rihanna, whose rusty style certainly caught our attention, covered up in a black dressing gown between takes while assistants worked on her wardrobe and make-up.
The newly red-head was also surrounded by extras who wore white dressing gowns between takes.

It looks like it's back to work for Rihanna, who not only joined Jay Z's Tidal alongside Beyonce, Nicki Minaj and others - but she also released her latest music video for American Oxygen.
Earlier this month, Rihanna appeared to brush off rumours that she was dating Hollywood hunk Leonardo DiCaprio.
The S&M hitmaker is well aware of the romance rumours and didn’t appear impressed when it was suggested that she could take his name in the future.
“How does Rihanna DiCaprio sound to you?” Rihanna was asked, to which the quick-thinking beauty told Hello! magazine: “It sounds to me like you should stay away from the blogs because they will screw you every time.”

 

Pictures from Rihanna’s birthday party showed the two stars looking very close indeed as they mingled with her friends, in a bash that he reportedly organised.
But Rihanna, who performed at the IHeartRadio Music Awards last night, admitted that her busy work life doesn’t allow for much time for love and pretty much confirmed that she is single.


“I’m so busy right now that I just don’t have a lot of time to offer to a man so it wouldn’t even be fair to be thinking of pulling somebody else into this life,” she said.
“But if I did, he would have to be man enough to live with my schedule and not get scared.”

 

Despite having been seen meeting up with Leonardo DiCaprio in the early hours of the morning in New York in recent weeks, a spokesperson for the 40-year-old actor insisted that he is single.
A rep told the Los Angeles Times that Leo was “single and has been for some time”, before adding that he remains “focussed shooting” his new movie, The Revenant in Canada.
Looks like Rihanna is doing the same.
