A baby's body was found blocking the drainage by a plumber who was hired to fix the drainage pipes. The lifeless body was found underneath a garden pipe in Grimsby, North East Lincs yesterday.
The owner of the home contacted the cops immediately the body was discovered.
Police are said to be investigating the incidence.
