Paris Jackson looks loved-up in romantic snaps with her boyfriend on holiday

So it's understandable that Paris Jackson has chosen to share her envy-inducing holiday moments via Snapchat, much to the delight of her myriad followers.

The 18-year-old beauty is living it up in an undisclosed tropical location, which has formed the backdrop for countless sexy shots uploaded to the social networking site.

The actress and model has been keenly showing off her bikini body with a selection of selfies, which see her parade in a skimpy black two-piece for all to see.

The beauty in a bikini on social media
One snap sees her pose in a bathroom mirror while showcasing her toned figure and playfully pulling tongues at her reflection.

Another image gives viewers an uninterrupted view of her cleavage while her man leans in to give her a kiss from behind.

A third, equally-tactile photograph depicts them at a swimming pool cocktail bar - with Michael's hand cheekily on her upper thigh.

A subsequent upload shows the pair touching tongues in a very public display of affection.

Thankfully, they later put on a more conservative display.

Cosying-up together while dining out in a restaurant, the twosome cut sweet figures - especially after Paris added the caption: 'Best vacation I could ever dream of thanks to my darling sunflower'.

The latest sighting comes just days after Paris was spotted rocking a huge diamond ring on her ring finger, sparking engagement rumours.

The teen was pictured wearing the sparkler in Malibu on Monday while packing on the PDA with her rocker beau.

The year love officially died - 2016's biggest celebrity breakups

It's been a tough year for celebrity couples.

While relationships in Hollywood aren't exactly known for lasting particularly long, 2016 has truly taken that to a new level.

We've had break-ups, divorces and even allegations of abuse - and it's only September.

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt

It was the break-ups to end all break-ups. After 12 years together, Angelina Jolie stunned the world when she filed from divorce from the Hollywood hunk earlier this week.

It's thought to have all gone down after Hollywood star Brad allegedly clashed with 15-year-old son Maddox on board a private plane days before his wife filed for divorce.

The actor is accused of being "wasted" and "screaming" while in the air with his partner and their children, and the FBI are reportedly investigating.

It is said the actor - who will fight for joint physical custody of the couple's six children - was shocked by his wife's decision to end their relationship of more than a decade.

Brooklyn Beckham and Chloe Moretz

Despite dating on and off for a few years, the pair finally decided to make things official back in May of this year.

Everything seemed to be going well, and despite being on opposite sides of the Atlantic, they managed to keep their love alive with regular visits.

Sadly, after a couple of months the pair were plagued by rumours of arguments, and just a few weeks later it was confirmed that they had split.

What made it more awkward was the release of Chloe's Teen Vogue cover just days after the break-up, which saw the star pose with Brooklyn AND gush about their relationship.

Johnny Depp and Amber Heard

Not the most surprising but certainly the most shocking, Amber Heard's decision to divorce Johnny Depp took the world by storm when she made claims of physical abuse.

What followed was months of back and forth in the media that saw the actress release images and footage of Johnny's alleged abuse that eventually lead to the pair reaching a settlement just DAYS before a planned court date.

Amber fought claims of being a 'gold digger' throughout the divorce, but she put them to bed when she donated her entire $7 million settlement to victims of domestic abuse.

Taylor Swift and Tom Hiddleston/Calvin Harris

It's been a tough year for Taylor Swift. She's been through two high-profile boyfriends within the space of a year, and been made the butt of every joke on social media.

She surprised fans when she dumped Calvin earlier this year, despite the couple appearing to be happy. It wasn't the easiest split, and the pair soon engaged in a bitter war of words on social media that sent Twitter into meltdown.

But then just WEEKS later, before the dust had even settled, she struck up a controversial romance with Tom Hiddleston.

After a few months of awkward pictures - who can forget the 'I heart Taylor' t-shirt - and romantic trips abroad, the pair ended their relationship on amicable terms.

In a surprising turn of events, Tom appeared to pull a Taylor when he flirted up a storm with Priyanka Chopra at the Emmy Awards last week .

Iggy Azalea and Nick Young

Iggy announced back in June she and Nick were going their separate ways three months after he was caught up in a cheating scandal.

Writing on Instagram the 26-year-old said: "Unfortunately although I love Nick and have tried and tried to rebuild my trust in him - It's become apparent in the last few weeks I am unable to.

"I genuinely wish Nick the best. It's never easy to part ways with the person you planned you're entire future with, but futures can be rewritten and as of today mine is a blank page. (sic)"

The pair had been desperately trying to work at their romance since a video tape was leaked online of Nick allegedly telling his Lakers teammate D'Angelo Russell that he'd been unfaithful with a teenager back in March.

How long should s3x last? Avoid being a one-minute man

So, how many minutes of sex are enough, and how many are too few?

The pressure put on men to last longer in bed is epitomized in modern pop culture by rapper Missy Elliot who sings how she doesn’t want “no one-minute man,” and dancehall artist Ms. Thing who needs a “one-, two-, three-hour man.” Most men don’t want to finish first in the bedroom for fear of coming up short.
So, how many minutes of sex are enough, and how many are too few?

In an article for The Conversationalist, Dr. Brendan Zietsch, a psychologist from the University of Queensland, writes about what he has learned researching how long heterosexual couples report penetrative sex actually lasts.

He writes: "I know there’s a lot more to sex than putting the penis into the vagina and ejaculating, but the rest is not always easy to define (kissing? Rubbing? Grinding?). To keep things simple and specific, we’ll just focus on the time to ejaculation."
How do we define the beginning and end of sex? The definition is penis-centric. Zietsch measured the official time from penetration to ejaculation by observing data from 500 couples around the world who used a stopwatch to time their sex acts over a four-week period. Participants pressed "start" at the time of penile penetration and "stop" at ejaculation. A stopwatch was the preferred method of choice because people are more likely to be biased if simply asked how long they take without proper measure. Also, it’s a difficult measure since people don't normally stare at the clock while having sex.
The findings revealed the average time for each couple, across all the times they had sex, ranged from 33 seconds to 44 minutes. Meanwhile, the average across all couples was 5.4 minutes. This means a couple will typically go for an average of 5.4 minutes every time they have sex.
Interestingly, condom use and circumcision did not affect duration in the bedroom. Some men believe condoms make them lose an erection because it removes all the sensitivity and feeling. However, a 2015 study found heterosexual men aged 18 to 24, who cited condoms as a barrier to an erection, were more likely to be suffering from general erectile dysfunction whether or not they used a condom.
Meanwhile, the country of origin did not affect sex duration, unless the couples came from Turkey, which tended to be significantly shorter (3.7 minutes) than couples from other countries. A couple’s age did influence how long sex lasts, with the older the couple, the shorter the sex.
Depending on what side of the sex duration spectrum men fall on, an average of five minutes could be good or bad. But, according to a 2008 study of United States and Canadian sex therapists, sex that is “too short” lasts one to two minutes, “adequate” lasts three to seven minutes, and “desirable” is seven to 13 minutes. The range for “too long” went from 10 to 30 minutes.
It seems that anything longer than ten minutes is ideal, but unusual.
So, how long does sex really last? Clearly there’s no “normal” definition.
When it comes to the heat of the moment, pleasure has no number.

Student faked medical reports after claiming boyfriend raped her in revenge for break-up

A high-flying university student who lied to police about being strangled and beaten by her ex boyfriend has been jailed for 15 months.
Natasha Uttamsingh faked medical evidence after Aakash Andrews ended their relationship.
The single mother also sent a text to herself from Andrews' phone saying he raped her – but was rumbled by police.
Uttamsingh, who was part way through a midwifery course, was determined to keep her older boyfriend in her life when he said he wanted to split up.
She threatened to ruin his career before calling the police and saying he had beaten her.
Mr Andrews was arrested and taken away from the flat they shared – but detectives realised Uttamsingh had made up a pack of lies when she claimed he had sent a text admitting to rape while the phone was not actually in his possession.

The 22-year-old also altered a medical exam form to say that police needed to investigate the made up attack.
Uttamsingh was seen by a specialist doctor who noted that she had a red mark on her neck after Mr Andrews had pushed her during the explosive row but there was nothing on the report to suggest she had been raped or beaten.
Months later she took the report and changed it herself to suggest that police needed to investigate the matter.

She then took out a non molestation order against her ex partner and changed a contact in her phone to his name to make it look like he had called her 25 times.
Uttamsingh was on Tuesday jailed for 15 months for carrying out acts intended to pervert the course of justice and was given a restraining order for five years.
Prosecutor Tony Prosser said: "The relationship was experiencing problems and Aakash had said that he wanted to end it.
"When he suggested finishing it she told him she was pregnant. He said he wanted to go away for a few days.

“She stood in front of him and said she would report him for domestic assault if he were to try to leave her.
"A call was made to the police, it was reported to come from a Nicola Smith which was the defendant using a false name," said the prosecutor.
"She then made an allegation he had strangled her to the point of unconsciousness and that she was assaulted on a daily basis.
"The next day she said she had been the subject to rape."
Defending Uttamsingh, Michael Hillman claimed the 22-year-old had a personality disorder and her crimes had scuppered her prospects of becoming a midwife.
"She maintains that she was the victim of abuse but she has to acknowledge that as a result of her own conduct one will never know whether that was indeed a true complaint given the lies and the very significant lies that followed that allegation," he said.
"This is a girl who did extremely well. She got very good grades at school and was a top of the class student who started a degree in midwifery."
Uttamsingh, of The Heart, Walton-on-Thames, Surrey, was jailed for 15 months after she admitted four counts of intending to pervert the course of justice at an earlier hearing. She showed no emotion as she was jailed and ordered not to approach Mr Andrews, his mother or his friends for at least five years.
Sentencing at Guildford Crown Court, Judge Christopher Critchlow, said:
"There was a false message put on his phone by you suggesting it was sent by him which indicated that he had raped you, all of which was false.
"You altered medical records from a doctor which was put before the family court in support of an application by you for a non-molestation order that you obtained. He was able to go before the court and show it should not have been made and it was rescinded.
"Then you produced false phone records on your mobile implying harassment by him.
"This was all an apparent charade.
"You have tried to influence a court by dishonestly altering medical records and tried to bring problems into Aakash Andrews' life and you have succeeded in doing that."
Uttamsingh's mother, who sat at the back of the courtroom throughout the sentencing, cried as her daughter was taken away from the dock to begin her sentence.

50 things every lady needs to know about sex

Found this interesting article on UK Daily Mail written by Sexpert Tracey Cox, who revealed the 50 things females need to know in bed.

Read below and share your thoughts...

1. You’ll have your first orgasm by yourself. Few of us are lucky enough to start our sexual lives with a lover who’s so patient and skilled he can teach us about our own body.

2. Enthusiasm and being willing to try (almost) everything once is what makes you sexy. Looks, breasts, legs up to your armpits – they’ll only take you so far.

3. A vibrator is the quickest, easiest, most effective way to stimulate the clitoris, which is how most women have an orgasm.

4. You won’t become ‘addicted’ to your vibrator.
Using it often won’t put you off having the ‘real thing’ - quite the opposite!
Women who regularly use sex toys have higher libidos, orgasm easily and report less sexual dysfunction. About the only ‘bad’ thing that can happen is feeling a bit numb from having it up too high. Panic not - It’s temporary.

5. Only 20 per cent of women can orgasm purely from intercourse.
His ex-girlfriend who used to climax every time, effortlessly, within minutes of him penetrating, was lying.

6. If he can’t kiss, he’ll be useless in bed.
Especially true of men who stick a stiff tongue down your throat the second you lock lips.

7. The male sexual system is join-the-dots stuff. The female sexual system is complicated and not terribly well thought through.
Who thought putting the clitoris outside the vagina would be a good idea?

8. Anyone can be good in bed. But you do need a good working knowledge of your subject, experience and be willing to take and give feedback.

9. It’s obvious if you don’t like sex. All the tips and tricks in the world can’t teach you how to fake I’ll-die-if-I-don’t-have-you-now desire

10. The chances of you both climaxing together is extremely unlikely. So let’s all stop pretending and stop faking just because that’s what couples do on telly and in the movies.

11. If you fancy a threesome, do it with someone you’re not in love with. It goes a lot smoother in your head than in your bed and not much fun if you’re a frothing mess of jealousy and insecure paranoia throughout.

12. You’ll have a much better sex life if you match up with someone who has the same libido. Everyone’s sex drive spikes at the start but about eight months in, you’ll get a good idea of how much sex you both naturally crave. Mismatched sex drives are the main reason couples fight about sex. If you can possibly manage it, stick with your tribe.

13. No one is born a brilliant lover. Sex skills can be taught and brushing up on the basics, just to check you’re on the right track, is something everyone
should do. We can all improve.

14. It doesn’t mean you’re boring in bed if he wants to try something new. Let go of the concept that ‘you should be enough’.

It’s hard enough making love happily to the same person for the rest of your life. If you don’t have variety, you’ve lost the game before it’s even started.

15. Men are visual. They like looking at sexy things. This is the main reason why men watch porn.
It’s usually that innocent.

16. Both men and women like foreplay. Quickies are great now and then but dreary and unsatisfying if that’s all you’re offered.

17. Don’t confuse love and lust. You spend a tiny proportion of your lives having sex.
It helps if you quite like hanging out together the rest of the time.

18. Men generally like to be touched twice as hard as women do. Their skin is thicker. This doesn’t mean you should be rough though.

19. Giving oral sex without using your hands is about as effective as bobbing for apples in a bucket of water with your hands behind your back
.
21. The more different ways you can orgasm, the more orgasms you’ll have. This means forcing yourself to try a new way to climax if you can only do it one way.

22. The first time you have sex shapes you forever.
If losing your virginity was a positive experience, you’re more likely to view sex as something that’s healthy and enjoyable and lovers as nice people who can be trusted.
If your first time still haunts you years later, consider working it through with a good sex therapist.

23. Men aren’t just out for sex. But it’s easy to spot the ones who are. They won’t hang around past date three if you don’t put out.

24. There is such a thing as bad oral sex. And not all men adore oral sex.

25. Erections come and go during sex. It doesn’t mean he’s not enjoying it, it means he was focusing on you and not receiving any physical stimulation.

26. It’s often easier to orgasm solo than it is with a partner, especially when it’s with someone new.

27. The most likely time you’ll fake it is at the start. You don’t want to seem anything less than perfect. It’s later on, when you start teaching each other what really does it for you, that you’ll have your first real orgasm.

28. All men watch porn. But that’s OK because lots of women do too. Don’t read too much into it.

29. Stop worrying about your weight.
Men are far more forgiving of your wobbly bits than you are. He’s not looking at your thighs and thinking ‘Ew! Porridge’, he’s thinking, 'Let me get my hands on those'. Sexy is a state of mind, not a body size.

30. All sex positions are a variant of the basic five: him on top, her on top, side-by-side, from behind and standing.

31. If you never initiate sex, your partner will feel like you only have sex to please them. Besides, initiating sex makes you feel powerful which is an aphrodisiac.

32. Women feel like sex a lot at certain times of the month and are repulsed by the idea at others. This is normal. The female libido fluctuates wildly during the monthly cycle.
Let your partner know this information so they don’t take it personally – and where you’re at right now.

33. Real men don’t always get erections. Stress, age, alcohol and lots of medication all affect them.
You don’t need an erect penis to have a good time in bed. Most women have their best, most intense orgasms through oral sex.

34. Genitals come in all different shapes and sizes. Don’t compare yours to the porn stars: they’ve all been ‘tidied up’, bleached and waxed.

35. If you’re thinking of getting a ‘designer vagina’, you are barking mad. Vaginal tightening after a particularly horrible birth is one thing but opting for a ‘labial face-lift’ is as risky as the above-the-belt version.
Except worse because there’s a risk of permanent loss of sensation if too much skin is removed or ultra-sensitivity if a nerve is exposed.
This effectively means your ability to orgasm is compromised - or removed. You look fine as you are. Really.

36. Having sex purely to get the cuddle at the end isn’t healthy. If that’s what you’re really after, go see a friend or your Mum instead of a lover. Better still, get a dog.

37. Some men ask for sex when what they really want is love.
Women aren’t the only ones who use sex to get affection. Having sex is a sneaky, ‘manly’ way of getting close to you.

38. Sex long-term is very different than sex short term. It doesn’t mean you don’t fancy your partner because you’re not spontaneously gagging for it every day, six years in.

39. He’s not a mind reader. No-one knows what it is you feel like, at any given moment, other than you.

40. Mouths are good for lots of things but telling your partner what you like and don’t like is the most important use of all.

41. Refuse to feel guilty about your fantasies. What you get up to in your imagination is your business.

42. Sex is smelly, noisy, sweaty and unflattering. Leave your ego at the door and replace it with your sense of humour. If you haven’t broken wind at the worst possible moment, you’re probably playing it too safe.

43. The more you have sex, the more you want sex. Stop having it and you’ll forget how good it feels.

44. Think before you share your sexual fantasies. Make it clear what you’re doing it or you may come home to a ‘surprise’ you definitely didn’t expect.

45. It’s OK to stop having sex from time to time.
Sometimes life is too stressful (work worries, death of a parent) or children too demanding. Taking a sex break takes the pressure off and stops either of you freaking out because you know it’s not permanent.

46. Kids kill your sex life. But you can wrestle it back again once they’re hit age two.

47. If you can talk though your sex problems you can nearly always solve them.

48. Don’t try to put yourself in a box. Women are far more erotically plastic than men and much more likely to be aroused by the person, rather than their gender.

49. If you’re feeling bad after sex you’re sleeping with the wrong person.

50.Sex is about give and take. You don’t have to reciprocate in the same session but if you’re constantly lying back and taking, you’re a selfish lover. Not sexy. Not lovable.

The 4 Stages Of Relationship: Which Stage Is Yours At?

There Are 4 Stages To Every Relationship

So it turns out that there are 4 stages to every relationship. Some of these stages may surprise you, while others may seem pretty familiar. Read on to find out the 4 stages.

1. The Romance Stage

The first stage to any relationship is the romance stage. We fall in love as a kind of survival instinct, as we are programmed genetically to have offspring. Love is just nature's way of encouraging us to procreate.

2. The Power Struggle

The second stage of relationships is the power struggle. This is where both partners find out that their "love" wasn't actually love at all, and fights start to happen as the partners begin to find out about each other's flaws.

3. The Stability Stage

The third stage is the stability stage. Most couples never reach this stage, as the relationship usually ends in the power struggle stage. This occurs when both partners have figured out a way to deal with their conflicts.

4. The Comfort/Commitment Stage

The commitment stage is the fourth stage of relationships. This occurs after both partners have gotten used to each other, and want to prove to each other that their love is real by committing to a long future together.
