Couple who kidnapped and murdered a teenager can now enjoy conjugal visits before they are executed nine months later

Two murderers on death row have been given permission to have SEX so that their parents can have a grandchild to remember them by.

Warped Jasvir Singh and his wife Sonia, who murdered a teenage boy in cold blood after a ransom plot went wrong, were given permission to procreate by a court in India.

The ruling was handed down by the Punjab and Haryana High Court which accepted it was a fundamental human right to have progeny.

The couple killed the 16-year-old boy after kidnapping him and demanding a ransom from his wealthy family.

He was killed to stop him from identifying them after their plot started to unravel.


The pair were tracked down and arrested, and after a lengthy trial were sentenced to death.

However, they then filed a legal petition arguing that they had a right to conjugal visits and the right to have children.

The court rejected that it was human right to have sex, but accepted that if it was purely for the purposes of having children, whether through conjugal visits or artificial insemination, it should be allowed.
