Rita Ora's 'boobs hanging out' on The One Show raises hundreds of complaints

BBC respond saying: "...we appreciate that tastes vary"

It's been an up and down week for The Voice's new coach Rita Ora and it seems The One Show viewers didn't like the 'down' part of her trouser suit.

Hundreds of viewers have complained after the pop sensation appeared on BBC One with a plunging neckline.

An upward of six million viewers are expected to tune in this weekend to see Rita, 24, join will.i.am, Sir Tom Jones and Kaiser Chiefs frontman Ricky Wilson on the BBC Talent show’s panel as she replaces pop royalty Kylie Minogue.

The singer wowed in a low-cut dress with a dramatic thigh-high split as she attended the launch of BBC talent show The Voice UK on Monday morning.

But her most daring outfit came later in the day when the 24-year-old singer appeared on The One Show in a white Ermanno Scervino trouser suit with nothing underneath the blazer. The I Will Never Let You Down singer gave her fellow coaches, Ricky Wilson, Tom Jones and will.i.am an eyeful as she flaunted her assets on the prime time TV show.

And it would appear she offended fans of the show, with 399 people calling in to complain.

On the BBC's Points of View message board, one post said: "Isn't it about time the BBC had a dress code?

"I do not want to see her boobs hanging out on a family programme.

"I find it quite disgraceful."

Another post read: "I am no prude but found it totally inappropriate."
But other viewers jumped to Rita's defence and said there was nothing wrong with a bit of cleavage.

One post read: "Seen more on a cold beach in Bournemouth in April."

And another said: "Lordy me...all of these complaints about a woman showing a bit of cleavage.

"This isn't 1950, is it?"
