The singer, who released her latest album 25 on Friday, recently set a new record for the most number of LPs sold in a UK chart week, beating record-holders Oasis.
Adele has managed to shift 737,000 copies since Friday, which means she has overtaken Oasis’ Be Here Now record of 696,000 in 1997 by a considerable amount.
In the US, Adele’s new LP also broke records by selling nearly three million copies in its debut week.
