Billboard Music Awards worst dressed: Rihanna, Halsey, Jessica Alba and Britney Spears get it all wrong

The biggest names in the showbiz world jetted into Las Vegas on Sunday for this year’s Billboard Music Awards.

And while most stars brought their A-game when it came to fashion, some failed to impress on the red carpet.

Rihanna is usually bang on trend when it comes to her red carpet looks, but the pop beauty seriously missed the fashion mark in an ill-fitting brown wrap around dress which featured huge shoulder pads.

Looking older than her years, the singer teamed the look with pointy heels and a fuss-free hairstyle.

Rihanna failed to impress

Hollywood actress Jessica Alba also failed to set the red carpet alight in a plain long-sleeved black frock and simple over-the-knee boots.

And singer Halsey stood out for all the wrong reasons in a white cut-out Fausto Puglisi dress which featured a busy multi-coloured print.

While Britney Spears, who opened the show, left little to the imagination dressed in just a pair of knickers which she wore under a lace black top with embellished sleeves and a long, flowing train.



Flashing major flesh, the blonde mum-of-two finished off the look with a pair of caged gladiator sandals.

However, it was electro-pop singer Z LaLa who topped the worst dressed list as she attempted to grab headlines in a bizarre caged ball gown and enormous wig.
