Kanye West is facing claims he copied a song without permission.
The rapper is being sued by a Hungarian rock star who claims Kanye's song New Slaves sampled one of his best known tracks.
In the suit, which was filed on Friday in U.S. District Court in Manhattan, Gabor Presser said one-third of New Slaves - which appeared on the Kanye's 2013 album Yeezus - is an unauthorized copy of his track Gyongyhaju Lany.
Gabor is seeking at least $2.5 million in damages from the controversial singer for copyright infringement.
According to the the Hungarian star, he had no idea Kanye had used one of his tracks until the rapper's lawyer allegedly contacted him saying that they would "like to work out a deal with him as soon as possible".
He also claims he later received a $10,000 check from the star's lawyers who insisted that he grant a licence.
The lawsuit states: "Kanye West knowingly and intentionally misappropriated plaintiff's composition. After his theft was discovered, defendants refused to deal fairly with plaintiff."
This isn't even the first time Kanye has been sued over his music.
