Manchester City have confirmed the signing of Ilkay Gundogan from Borussia Dortmund.
The deal was however announced in slightly bizarre style on Twitter, with the player tweeting "ANNOUNCE GUNDOGAN" to City.
The club's account then responded with "Sounds like a plan... Let's do it!"
The 25-year-old has penned a four-year deal at the Etihad and declared himself delighted to have made the move to the Premier League.
