Taylor Swift and Calvin Harris split up after just 15 months of dating

Taylor Swift and Calvin Harris have called time on their relationship.

The pop power pair started dating last March and their romance appeared to be going from strength to strength, but sources have confirmed to Mirror Celebs that their relationship has now ended its course.

"There was no drama. Things just don't work out sometimes," an insider told People magazine.

Just last month Taylor gushed about their "magical relationship" - and there was even talk of marriage.

"I'm just taking things as they come. I'm in a magical relationship right now. And of course I want it to be ours, and low key... This is the one thing that's been mine about my personal life," she said.

The musician, who previously dated stars including Jake Gyllenhaal, Harry Styles and Taylor Lautner, admitted the attention on her personal life put her off dating for a long time before she met Calvin.

"You know, I went out on a normal amount of dates in my early 20s, and I got absolutely slaughtered for it," the 26-year-old added.

"And it took a lot of hard work and altering my decision-making. I didn't date for two and a half years. Should I have had to do that? No."

The Love Story singer and Calvin - real name Adam Wiles - were set up by mutual pal Ellie Goulding who introduced them at the BRIT Awards afterparty in London in 2015.
