Taylor Swift has been crowned the world's highest-earning celebrity, according to Forbes' annual celebrity rich-list.
The singer, who released her fifth studio album in 2014, earned $170 million between June 2015 and June 2016. She earned just $80 million in the previous 12 month period.
Swift's world tour to promote the album, 1989, pulled in a quarter of a billion dollars, while the 26-year-old also has lucrative promotional deals with Diet Coke and Apple.
Last year's highest-paid musician was Katy Perry, who earned $135 million in the period between June 2014 and June 2015.
However, Swift's total falls some way short of last year's highest-earning celebrity, boxer Floyd Mayweather, who banked $300 million after "the fight of the century" with Manny Pacquiao.
The highest-paid couple on the list is Beyonce Knowles and Jay-Z. The pair pulled in a combined $107.5 million over the past year.
Had Swift and former boyfriend Calvin Harris stayed together, however, things would have been different. The Scottish DJ is placed at 21 on the list, with earnings of $63 million.
These are the richest celebrities on the planet, according to US magazine Forbes which has compiled a list their earnings for the last year.
