The How We Do singer turned heads on the red carpet and showed off her slick hair 'do
Rita Ora knows how to make an impression and she did just that at The Voice launch this morning.
The How We Do singer looked incredible in a plunging blue satin dress with an almighty thigh split and big gold broaches attached to the straps as she strutted her stuff on the red carpet.
The new judge, who will replace Kylie Minogue in the fourth series of the talent show, had her hair in a slick back 'do and wore minimal make-up with a smudge of mascara and eyebrow pencil and nude lips.
Reets cosied up to fellow judges will.i.am, Sir Tom Jones and Ricky Wilson as they launched the programme at London's Mondrian Hotel.
The blonde-haired beauty stole the show but the men also looked pretty dapper with Tom in a grey checked suit and Ricky in a smart pin-stripe suit, it was only Will that slightly let the side down in a baggy checked t-shirt, red jacket and hat.
Rita, 24, has been dubbed the most controversial star to appearing on the judging panel to date and has reportedly agreed a six-figure deal to appear on the show.
She turned down The X Factor and is expected to be a big hit with viewers of the BBC One show.
A show insider said: "Rita is the pop star of the moment, the Beeb are delighted. They think she's going to be a ratings hit and even more popular than Kylie.
"It has taken months of negotiations but Rita is happy and thinks the show is a much better fit for her than The X Factor.
"She'll still be able to get on with her music and it won’t take over her life as much as The X Factor."
The Black Widow singer told The Daily Star Sunday she is excited about coaching on the show, which starts this Saturday.
She said: "The respect levels for this show are really high. It is well received and respected by other artists. That i why I joined, because I really respected the format and how it musically connected to the contestants."
