Paris Jackson looks loved-up in romantic snaps with her boyfriend on holiday

So it's understandable that Paris Jackson has chosen to share her envy-inducing holiday moments via Snapchat, much to the delight of her myriad followers.

The 18-year-old beauty is living it up in an undisclosed tropical location, which has formed the backdrop for countless sexy shots uploaded to the social networking site.

The actress and model has been keenly showing off her bikini body with a selection of selfies, which see her parade in a skimpy black two-piece for all to see.

The beauty in a bikini on social media
One snap sees her pose in a bathroom mirror while showcasing her toned figure and playfully pulling tongues at her reflection.

Another image gives viewers an uninterrupted view of her cleavage while her man leans in to give her a kiss from behind.

A third, equally-tactile photograph depicts them at a swimming pool cocktail bar - with Michael's hand cheekily on her upper thigh.

A subsequent upload shows the pair touching tongues in a very public display of affection.

Thankfully, they later put on a more conservative display.

Cosying-up together while dining out in a restaurant, the twosome cut sweet figures - especially after Paris added the caption: 'Best vacation I could ever dream of thanks to my darling sunflower'.

The latest sighting comes just days after Paris was spotted rocking a huge diamond ring on her ring finger, sparking engagement rumours.

The teen was pictured wearing the sparkler in Malibu on Monday while packing on the PDA with her rocker beau.

The year love officially died - 2016's biggest celebrity breakups

It's been a tough year for celebrity couples.

While relationships in Hollywood aren't exactly known for lasting particularly long, 2016 has truly taken that to a new level.

We've had break-ups, divorces and even allegations of abuse - and it's only September.

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt

It was the break-ups to end all break-ups. After 12 years together, Angelina Jolie stunned the world when she filed from divorce from the Hollywood hunk earlier this week.

It's thought to have all gone down after Hollywood star Brad allegedly clashed with 15-year-old son Maddox on board a private plane days before his wife filed for divorce.

The actor is accused of being "wasted" and "screaming" while in the air with his partner and their children, and the FBI are reportedly investigating.

It is said the actor - who will fight for joint physical custody of the couple's six children - was shocked by his wife's decision to end their relationship of more than a decade.

Brooklyn Beckham and Chloe Moretz

Despite dating on and off for a few years, the pair finally decided to make things official back in May of this year.

Everything seemed to be going well, and despite being on opposite sides of the Atlantic, they managed to keep their love alive with regular visits.

Sadly, after a couple of months the pair were plagued by rumours of arguments, and just a few weeks later it was confirmed that they had split.

What made it more awkward was the release of Chloe's Teen Vogue cover just days after the break-up, which saw the star pose with Brooklyn AND gush about their relationship.

Johnny Depp and Amber Heard

Not the most surprising but certainly the most shocking, Amber Heard's decision to divorce Johnny Depp took the world by storm when she made claims of physical abuse.

What followed was months of back and forth in the media that saw the actress release images and footage of Johnny's alleged abuse that eventually lead to the pair reaching a settlement just DAYS before a planned court date.

Amber fought claims of being a 'gold digger' throughout the divorce, but she put them to bed when she donated her entire $7 million settlement to victims of domestic abuse.

Taylor Swift and Tom Hiddleston/Calvin Harris

It's been a tough year for Taylor Swift. She's been through two high-profile boyfriends within the space of a year, and been made the butt of every joke on social media.

She surprised fans when she dumped Calvin earlier this year, despite the couple appearing to be happy. It wasn't the easiest split, and the pair soon engaged in a bitter war of words on social media that sent Twitter into meltdown.

But then just WEEKS later, before the dust had even settled, she struck up a controversial romance with Tom Hiddleston.

After a few months of awkward pictures - who can forget the 'I heart Taylor' t-shirt - and romantic trips abroad, the pair ended their relationship on amicable terms.

In a surprising turn of events, Tom appeared to pull a Taylor when he flirted up a storm with Priyanka Chopra at the Emmy Awards last week .

Iggy Azalea and Nick Young

Iggy announced back in June she and Nick were going their separate ways three months after he was caught up in a cheating scandal.

Writing on Instagram the 26-year-old said: "Unfortunately although I love Nick and have tried and tried to rebuild my trust in him - It's become apparent in the last few weeks I am unable to.

"I genuinely wish Nick the best. It's never easy to part ways with the person you planned you're entire future with, but futures can be rewritten and as of today mine is a blank page. (sic)"

The pair had been desperately trying to work at their romance since a video tape was leaked online of Nick allegedly telling his Lakers teammate D'Angelo Russell that he'd been unfaithful with a teenager back in March.

How long should s3x last? Avoid being a one-minute man

So, how many minutes of sex are enough, and how many are too few?

The pressure put on men to last longer in bed is epitomized in modern pop culture by rapper Missy Elliot who sings how she doesn’t want “no one-minute man,” and dancehall artist Ms. Thing who needs a “one-, two-, three-hour man.” Most men don’t want to finish first in the bedroom for fear of coming up short.
So, how many minutes of sex are enough, and how many are too few?

In an article for The Conversationalist, Dr. Brendan Zietsch, a psychologist from the University of Queensland, writes about what he has learned researching how long heterosexual couples report penetrative sex actually lasts.

He writes: "I know there’s a lot more to sex than putting the penis into the vagina and ejaculating, but the rest is not always easy to define (kissing? Rubbing? Grinding?). To keep things simple and specific, we’ll just focus on the time to ejaculation."
How do we define the beginning and end of sex? The definition is penis-centric. Zietsch measured the official time from penetration to ejaculation by observing data from 500 couples around the world who used a stopwatch to time their sex acts over a four-week period. Participants pressed "start" at the time of penile penetration and "stop" at ejaculation. A stopwatch was the preferred method of choice because people are more likely to be biased if simply asked how long they take without proper measure. Also, it’s a difficult measure since people don't normally stare at the clock while having sex.
The findings revealed the average time for each couple, across all the times they had sex, ranged from 33 seconds to 44 minutes. Meanwhile, the average across all couples was 5.4 minutes. This means a couple will typically go for an average of 5.4 minutes every time they have sex.
Interestingly, condom use and circumcision did not affect duration in the bedroom. Some men believe condoms make them lose an erection because it removes all the sensitivity and feeling. However, a 2015 study found heterosexual men aged 18 to 24, who cited condoms as a barrier to an erection, were more likely to be suffering from general erectile dysfunction whether or not they used a condom.
Meanwhile, the country of origin did not affect sex duration, unless the couples came from Turkey, which tended to be significantly shorter (3.7 minutes) than couples from other countries. A couple’s age did influence how long sex lasts, with the older the couple, the shorter the sex.
Depending on what side of the sex duration spectrum men fall on, an average of five minutes could be good or bad. But, according to a 2008 study of United States and Canadian sex therapists, sex that is “too short” lasts one to two minutes, “adequate” lasts three to seven minutes, and “desirable” is seven to 13 minutes. The range for “too long” went from 10 to 30 minutes.
It seems that anything longer than ten minutes is ideal, but unusual.
So, how long does sex really last? Clearly there’s no “normal” definition.
When it comes to the heat of the moment, pleasure has no number.

Student faked medical reports after claiming boyfriend raped her in revenge for break-up

A high-flying university student who lied to police about being strangled and beaten by her ex boyfriend has been jailed for 15 months.
Natasha Uttamsingh faked medical evidence after Aakash Andrews ended their relationship.
The single mother also sent a text to herself from Andrews' phone saying he raped her – but was rumbled by police.
Uttamsingh, who was part way through a midwifery course, was determined to keep her older boyfriend in her life when he said he wanted to split up.
She threatened to ruin his career before calling the police and saying he had beaten her.
Mr Andrews was arrested and taken away from the flat they shared – but detectives realised Uttamsingh had made up a pack of lies when she claimed he had sent a text admitting to rape while the phone was not actually in his possession.

The 22-year-old also altered a medical exam form to say that police needed to investigate the made up attack.
Uttamsingh was seen by a specialist doctor who noted that she had a red mark on her neck after Mr Andrews had pushed her during the explosive row but there was nothing on the report to suggest she had been raped or beaten.
Months later she took the report and changed it herself to suggest that police needed to investigate the matter.

She then took out a non molestation order against her ex partner and changed a contact in her phone to his name to make it look like he had called her 25 times.
Uttamsingh was on Tuesday jailed for 15 months for carrying out acts intended to pervert the course of justice and was given a restraining order for five years.
Prosecutor Tony Prosser said: "The relationship was experiencing problems and Aakash had said that he wanted to end it.
"When he suggested finishing it she told him she was pregnant. He said he wanted to go away for a few days.

“She stood in front of him and said she would report him for domestic assault if he were to try to leave her.
"A call was made to the police, it was reported to come from a Nicola Smith which was the defendant using a false name," said the prosecutor.
"She then made an allegation he had strangled her to the point of unconsciousness and that she was assaulted on a daily basis.
"The next day she said she had been the subject to rape."
Defending Uttamsingh, Michael Hillman claimed the 22-year-old had a personality disorder and her crimes had scuppered her prospects of becoming a midwife.
"She maintains that she was the victim of abuse but she has to acknowledge that as a result of her own conduct one will never know whether that was indeed a true complaint given the lies and the very significant lies that followed that allegation," he said.
"This is a girl who did extremely well. She got very good grades at school and was a top of the class student who started a degree in midwifery."
Uttamsingh, of The Heart, Walton-on-Thames, Surrey, was jailed for 15 months after she admitted four counts of intending to pervert the course of justice at an earlier hearing. She showed no emotion as she was jailed and ordered not to approach Mr Andrews, his mother or his friends for at least five years.
Sentencing at Guildford Crown Court, Judge Christopher Critchlow, said:
"There was a false message put on his phone by you suggesting it was sent by him which indicated that he had raped you, all of which was false.
"You altered medical records from a doctor which was put before the family court in support of an application by you for a non-molestation order that you obtained. He was able to go before the court and show it should not have been made and it was rescinded.
"Then you produced false phone records on your mobile implying harassment by him.
"This was all an apparent charade.
"You have tried to influence a court by dishonestly altering medical records and tried to bring problems into Aakash Andrews' life and you have succeeded in doing that."
Uttamsingh's mother, who sat at the back of the courtroom throughout the sentencing, cried as her daughter was taken away from the dock to begin her sentence.

50 things every lady needs to know about sex

Found this interesting article on UK Daily Mail written by Sexpert Tracey Cox, who revealed the 50 things females need to know in bed.

Read below and share your thoughts...

1. You’ll have your first orgasm by yourself. Few of us are lucky enough to start our sexual lives with a lover who’s so patient and skilled he can teach us about our own body.

2. Enthusiasm and being willing to try (almost) everything once is what makes you sexy. Looks, breasts, legs up to your armpits – they’ll only take you so far.

3. A vibrator is the quickest, easiest, most effective way to stimulate the clitoris, which is how most women have an orgasm.

4. You won’t become ‘addicted’ to your vibrator.
Using it often won’t put you off having the ‘real thing’ - quite the opposite!
Women who regularly use sex toys have higher libidos, orgasm easily and report less sexual dysfunction. About the only ‘bad’ thing that can happen is feeling a bit numb from having it up too high. Panic not - It’s temporary.

5. Only 20 per cent of women can orgasm purely from intercourse.
His ex-girlfriend who used to climax every time, effortlessly, within minutes of him penetrating, was lying.

6. If he can’t kiss, he’ll be useless in bed.
Especially true of men who stick a stiff tongue down your throat the second you lock lips.

7. The male sexual system is join-the-dots stuff. The female sexual system is complicated and not terribly well thought through.
Who thought putting the clitoris outside the vagina would be a good idea?

8. Anyone can be good in bed. But you do need a good working knowledge of your subject, experience and be willing to take and give feedback.

9. It’s obvious if you don’t like sex. All the tips and tricks in the world can’t teach you how to fake I’ll-die-if-I-don’t-have-you-now desire

10. The chances of you both climaxing together is extremely unlikely. So let’s all stop pretending and stop faking just because that’s what couples do on telly and in the movies.

11. If you fancy a threesome, do it with someone you’re not in love with. It goes a lot smoother in your head than in your bed and not much fun if you’re a frothing mess of jealousy and insecure paranoia throughout.

12. You’ll have a much better sex life if you match up with someone who has the same libido. Everyone’s sex drive spikes at the start but about eight months in, you’ll get a good idea of how much sex you both naturally crave. Mismatched sex drives are the main reason couples fight about sex. If you can possibly manage it, stick with your tribe.

13. No one is born a brilliant lover. Sex skills can be taught and brushing up on the basics, just to check you’re on the right track, is something everyone
should do. We can all improve.

14. It doesn’t mean you’re boring in bed if he wants to try something new. Let go of the concept that ‘you should be enough’.

It’s hard enough making love happily to the same person for the rest of your life. If you don’t have variety, you’ve lost the game before it’s even started.

15. Men are visual. They like looking at sexy things. This is the main reason why men watch porn.
It’s usually that innocent.

16. Both men and women like foreplay. Quickies are great now and then but dreary and unsatisfying if that’s all you’re offered.

17. Don’t confuse love and lust. You spend a tiny proportion of your lives having sex.
It helps if you quite like hanging out together the rest of the time.

18. Men generally like to be touched twice as hard as women do. Their skin is thicker. This doesn’t mean you should be rough though.

19. Giving oral sex without using your hands is about as effective as bobbing for apples in a bucket of water with your hands behind your back
.
21. The more different ways you can orgasm, the more orgasms you’ll have. This means forcing yourself to try a new way to climax if you can only do it one way.

22. The first time you have sex shapes you forever.
If losing your virginity was a positive experience, you’re more likely to view sex as something that’s healthy and enjoyable and lovers as nice people who can be trusted.
If your first time still haunts you years later, consider working it through with a good sex therapist.

23. Men aren’t just out for sex. But it’s easy to spot the ones who are. They won’t hang around past date three if you don’t put out.

24. There is such a thing as bad oral sex. And not all men adore oral sex.

25. Erections come and go during sex. It doesn’t mean he’s not enjoying it, it means he was focusing on you and not receiving any physical stimulation.

26. It’s often easier to orgasm solo than it is with a partner, especially when it’s with someone new.

27. The most likely time you’ll fake it is at the start. You don’t want to seem anything less than perfect. It’s later on, when you start teaching each other what really does it for you, that you’ll have your first real orgasm.

28. All men watch porn. But that’s OK because lots of women do too. Don’t read too much into it.

29. Stop worrying about your weight.
Men are far more forgiving of your wobbly bits than you are. He’s not looking at your thighs and thinking ‘Ew! Porridge’, he’s thinking, 'Let me get my hands on those'. Sexy is a state of mind, not a body size.

30. All sex positions are a variant of the basic five: him on top, her on top, side-by-side, from behind and standing.

31. If you never initiate sex, your partner will feel like you only have sex to please them. Besides, initiating sex makes you feel powerful which is an aphrodisiac.

32. Women feel like sex a lot at certain times of the month and are repulsed by the idea at others. This is normal. The female libido fluctuates wildly during the monthly cycle.
Let your partner know this information so they don’t take it personally – and where you’re at right now.

33. Real men don’t always get erections. Stress, age, alcohol and lots of medication all affect them.
You don’t need an erect penis to have a good time in bed. Most women have their best, most intense orgasms through oral sex.

34. Genitals come in all different shapes and sizes. Don’t compare yours to the porn stars: they’ve all been ‘tidied up’, bleached and waxed.

35. If you’re thinking of getting a ‘designer vagina’, you are barking mad. Vaginal tightening after a particularly horrible birth is one thing but opting for a ‘labial face-lift’ is as risky as the above-the-belt version.
Except worse because there’s a risk of permanent loss of sensation if too much skin is removed or ultra-sensitivity if a nerve is exposed.
This effectively means your ability to orgasm is compromised - or removed. You look fine as you are. Really.

36. Having sex purely to get the cuddle at the end isn’t healthy. If that’s what you’re really after, go see a friend or your Mum instead of a lover. Better still, get a dog.

37. Some men ask for sex when what they really want is love.
Women aren’t the only ones who use sex to get affection. Having sex is a sneaky, ‘manly’ way of getting close to you.

38. Sex long-term is very different than sex short term. It doesn’t mean you don’t fancy your partner because you’re not spontaneously gagging for it every day, six years in.

39. He’s not a mind reader. No-one knows what it is you feel like, at any given moment, other than you.

40. Mouths are good for lots of things but telling your partner what you like and don’t like is the most important use of all.

41. Refuse to feel guilty about your fantasies. What you get up to in your imagination is your business.

42. Sex is smelly, noisy, sweaty and unflattering. Leave your ego at the door and replace it with your sense of humour. If you haven’t broken wind at the worst possible moment, you’re probably playing it too safe.

43. The more you have sex, the more you want sex. Stop having it and you’ll forget how good it feels.

44. Think before you share your sexual fantasies. Make it clear what you’re doing it or you may come home to a ‘surprise’ you definitely didn’t expect.

45. It’s OK to stop having sex from time to time.
Sometimes life is too stressful (work worries, death of a parent) or children too demanding. Taking a sex break takes the pressure off and stops either of you freaking out because you know it’s not permanent.

46. Kids kill your sex life. But you can wrestle it back again once they’re hit age two.

47. If you can talk though your sex problems you can nearly always solve them.

48. Don’t try to put yourself in a box. Women are far more erotically plastic than men and much more likely to be aroused by the person, rather than their gender.

49. If you’re feeling bad after sex you’re sleeping with the wrong person.

50.Sex is about give and take. You don’t have to reciprocate in the same session but if you’re constantly lying back and taking, you’re a selfish lover. Not sexy. Not lovable.

The 4 Stages Of Relationship: Which Stage Is Yours At?

There Are 4 Stages To Every Relationship

So it turns out that there are 4 stages to every relationship. Some of these stages may surprise you, while others may seem pretty familiar. Read on to find out the 4 stages.

1. The Romance Stage

The first stage to any relationship is the romance stage. We fall in love as a kind of survival instinct, as we are programmed genetically to have offspring. Love is just nature's way of encouraging us to procreate.

2. The Power Struggle

The second stage of relationships is the power struggle. This is where both partners find out that their "love" wasn't actually love at all, and fights start to happen as the partners begin to find out about each other's flaws.

3. The Stability Stage

The third stage is the stability stage. Most couples never reach this stage, as the relationship usually ends in the power struggle stage. This occurs when both partners have figured out a way to deal with their conflicts.

4. The Comfort/Commitment Stage

The commitment stage is the fourth stage of relationships. This occurs after both partners have gotten used to each other, and want to prove to each other that their love is real by committing to a long future together.

Ex Syndrome: When Your Ex Keeps Destroying Your Present Affair

Do you know that one of the biggest mistakes we make as individuals that easily destroys our courtship and marriages emanates from the act of comparison which is as a result of the ex factor?

Do you know that every detail of our ex(es) is subliminally registered in a well guarded part of our brains? This is why sometimes,we just can't help having flashes of an ex even when we never intended.

Many people find it hard to settle down with a new person because they kept comparing that person with someone or people they have dated in the past and even when the ex has no single clue.

This act keeps destroying your present affair until the relationship finally collapses and the circle begins again with a new person.

We must understand that any new person that walks into your life has a totally different make up biologically, physically, mentally, emotionally, sexually, spiritually, ideologically and on and on.
You must learn to take people for who they are and never ever try to compare them with your ex because this terrible act has led to the collapse of many potentially blissful and purposeful union.

Infact, it has become a norm that we always want to get a new person that will surpass an ex in beauty or status just to make the ex jealous of the fact that we got a "better choice" and many have wasted ample time due to this funny mindset.

As a guy you should not expect Sade your new love to be as Fluent as Jumoke, as energetic as Ayo, to be excellent in the kitchen as Cyndy or be as curvy as Elizabeth or be a sexpert like Adeola who all seem to be the ladies you have dated in the past. You just can't find all the good virtues you love in your ex(es) in your new woman.

NEVER!

And as a lady you can't stop hoping that your new guy can be as cute, tall and adorable as Jeff ,as rich and generous as Tade or sexually powerful and endowed as Samuel.

NO WAY!

Life does not work that way.

If we all keep looking for the conglomerate of good virtues seen in our past partners in our new partner then we just might realize too late that we are living in fool's paradise.

We must learn to delete every file of all the past partners, format our brain to erase every memory of our past partners and take the new partner as a fresh person and assume we have never met anyone else before.

This is the only way we can truly have a healthy and fulfilling affair with the new person in our life and it will prevent us from fantasizing about an ex while sitting or sleeping next to another.

5 Bad S*x Habits You Need To Stop Before Getting Married

Your s*x life goes a long way to affect your entirety after you get married and that is the more reason why you need to get it right.
Whoever said relationships were hard work was right, and yes, that includes your s*x life too. Turns out old habits die hard, especially in the bedroom. To crank up the heat between your sheets and reignite that spark, we asked two marriage experts to reveal the bad s*x habits you have to kick to the curb stat.

1. Getting stuck in the same position.

You like what you like and there’s absolutely nothing wrong with that but let’s face it — after a while — things get a little too routine behind closed doors.

“Taking the same approach each time doesn’t let you discover new ways of feeling good,” notes marriage consultant and coach Lesli Doares, author of Blueprint for Lasting Marriage.
“A woman’s level of desire and satisfaction changes with her cycle, so sex really should change with it too. Plus, different positions feel different for each of you so be willing to experiment on occasion.”

2. Letting the kids sleep in your bed or not shutting the door at night.

It didn’t work so well for Kourtney Kardashian, and the odds are, it won’t for you either.
As relationship advice expert and author April Masini points out, “You’re not doing your kids any favors by letting them sleep in the same bed with you — because they want to — when it means you don’t get to have sex as a result. It’s much better to disappoint them and create healthy adult boundaries,” she says.
It’s important that kids know mom and dad need private time in the bedroom. And trust us, you do need it!

3. Always doing it at the same time of day.

Stuck in a night rut? You’re definitely not alone. But first-thing-in-the-morning s*x, is a great way to start your day though, offers Doares. Your s*x drive and sensitivity vary throughout the course of a day — she explains — so try to take advantage next time. “For example, having a midday romp can feel a bit naughty, especially if you can fit it into a workday.” Ow, ow!

4. Not telling your partner how hot something was…

Or that you like it best when he [insert your preference here]. S*x is great — sure — but communicating about it to make each other feel good when you’re not naked is critical, stresses Masini. “So if you have sex and never talk about it, try telling him he was amazing last night the next day.” It’ll improve your s*x life and make you both feel all warm and fuzzy inside.

5. Leaving it up to one person to do most of the initiating.
Be honest, are you guilty of this? “Yes, one of you probably has a higher s*x drive but that doesn’t mean that person should be the engine behind your intimacy,” warns Doares.
The one with the lower drive can plan a sexual rendezvous that isn’t based solely on their level of desire. “Your partner will feel special, and who knows, you just might get into it yourself.”

As a lady you should beware and never believe everything a man tells you, it’s left for you to discern if he’s being honest or is a player and trying to seduce you.

Sometimes when you are with a hot guy who is trying to get you into bed, you have to remember that there are certain lies men would tell just to hook up with you and score.

As a lady you should beware and never believe
everything a man tells you. It’s left for you to discern if he’s being honest or is a player and trying to seduce you.
Inspired by All Women Stalk, here are 7 common lies

men tell to get you into bed

1. “I never do this”: He wants to score , so he’ll make you feel special and take away the thoughts of you being ‘just another girl’ away from your mind.

2. “I can’t wait to be a dad”: If you are all for family
first, he’ll make you think he’s serious about marriage and wants to have kids. This is in turn will
make you feel like you’re sleeping with a potential husband which is very deceitful.

3. “I’m single”: He can’t tell you he’s in a serious relations because you’ll run in the other direction.

He’ll make you take his word for it but the best people to ask his true status are his friends.

4. “I Just want to cuddle”: Well… when cuddling gets too much, we all know what happens.

If he’s the cocky type, it won’t take long for him to blab to his friends.

3 Things That’ll Make Him Cheat On You

As much as cheating is a bad thing, sometimes it will cause certain situations or unfavorable characters displayed by one partner to another.

A man is responsible for the choices he make, including the choice to cheat, but if as a lady you make it easy for him to do it, then cheating is inevitable.

Inspired by YourTango, here are 3 things that’ll make a man cheat on you

1. You do not appreciate him enough;

Everybody loves to be showered with praises and appreciated by their partners. Once this stops and disrespect and ungratefulness creeps in , you can be sure your man will find some other woman that’ll fill in that position temporarily.

2. He cheated on someone else to be with you;

It’s simply a case of what goes around comes around. A woman of integrity wouldn’t want to date  with a man who’ll cheat on someone else rather than come clean about his feelings.

3. You are insecure

Nobody likes an insecure woman. A man cannot hang around an insecure woman for too long, he’ll walk away with someone else. You have to trust that you man will not cheat on you which means you have to be confident and smart, those are sexy traits that’ll make a man want to stay with you.

How To Stop Him From Cheating On You

Cheating to every lady is normal with guys, some feel there is no saint out there when it comes to having a perfect partner. When a guy starts cheating, it does not necessarily means that he does not love you any more. The whole cheating thing might be as a result of something missing in the relationship, maybe sexually, physically or emotionally .
We learn to cope with this attitude and it has become part of us, like every man cheats and nothing can be done about it. Love is the foundation of a genuine relationship but you need other ingredients to to sustain the relationship. Here are some things you need to do to keep your partner from cheating.

1. Be ready to try out new things (Experiments )
It can be easy to get comfortable and fear of the unknown can stop you from being open to different sexual experiences. Allow your man to try new things with you. If you won’t, there will be someone else who will. I’m not saying to engage in sexual activity you find repulsive but allow yourself to experience new things with the man you love.

2. Do not feel in control of the relationship.
Often without realizing it, when we get into relationships we attempt to control the other person to do what works best for us. We engage in destructive relationship habits such as complaining, blaming, criticizing, nagging, threatening, punishing and bribing or rewarding to control.

3. Be familiar with his love language.
Being aware of your partners love language is essential in a relationship. It helps to avoid embarrassment from partner, when he says you are hot you should understand this compliment in the right way. Also tell him sweet words using his kind of love language, as it has the potential to save more marriages than marriage counseling has. Learn your man’s love language and speak it to him regularly. He will know he is loved and remain true to you.

4. Be willing to bring in sex.
Men equate sex with desirability. Don't make him always ask for it. Give it to him. Help your man to feel desired by expressing your love in a physical way. Alway try to satisfy him in bed, like make him feel like a man when you are with him in a confine place.

5. Don’t be too quick to accommodate.
Sometimes in a relationship, a woman can become too accommodating. Men get into relationships with a very clear picture of what a lifetime partner looks like and this is often in stark contrast to whom he may have dated casually. Women work to become the person their partner wants them to be and in doing so, they lose themselves. One day, their man realizes this is what he asked for but he isn’t sure it’s what he really wants. Maintain a healthy sense of self in your relationship.

6. Always show concern.
In a relationship you ought to be concerned about your partner and what he is going through. Never let him to do the thinking and worries alone, show care emotionally and otherwise so he don’t think he is alone and then explain his troubles to another lady.

7. Show how important your relationship is.
Often, when a man cheats, you will find the woman is also having an “affair” that’s not sexual. It’s more socially appropriate. This “affair” takes the form of prioritizing something, anything, over the relationship. This could be a job, a friend, children, a sick relative, a charity or anything that puts her man lower on her totem pole than the first position.
Prioritize your relationship over everything else. This is the relationship you want to last for all your life. Other things will fade away and the relationship will still be there if you tend to it carefully.

7 Qualities That Would Make Him Love You

Yes....you've got a great body?? So what?? Yeah, you are articulate??? Who cares?? There are certain things you should keep in mind for a guy to officially call you his.

These are 7 qualities that inspire men to give their heart fully.

1. Self-developed and Independent.
You have a well-rounded life that you’ve created for yourself that includes healthy friendships and an outlet for service. You’re most likely a reader, and devour things that interest you. Quite often you initiate and contribute a fresh perspective when conversing with your man. You’ve developed your personal philosophies by thinking through and researching several viewpoints. You are confident about your opinions without being dogmatic.
Men love a woman who is intelligent, articulate, and open minded. You have to do homework to be this kind of woman.

2. Being Respectful .
You appreciate him with your words, affection, time, and your gaze. When he walks through the door, you stop what you’re doing, stand up and greet him: the man you love just walked in.
Do this no matter how busy you are. Do this even if you’ve been married 10 years. It shows respect.

3. Appreciating and Accepting his Financial Status.
As a conscious woman, you are clear about your financial comfort zone, and you are aware of the economics of your coupling BEFORE you get married.
There has been a major financial reset button since the economy took a dump in 2008 and there has been a sharp rise in entrepreneurship, which means many people who are in their 30’s, 40’s, 50’s are starting over and living financially leaner. Some people are doing just fine. And some people have great wealth.
Get real with yourself. If a “simple life” to him translates as “destitute and poor” to you, you need to find someone who is on the same economic page as you. Do not go into denial because you are in love and then complain about his job choice and your shared standard of living after you are married.

4. Being Reserve.
You maintain a certain privacy, no matter how long you have been together. Not a sly withholding or secretiveness, but an aura of dignity. You don’t air every thought and emotion that comes into your head. Your man knows it would take a 100 years to unravel you, and that’s because you have maintained a reserve for yourself. You are committed to your own borders of Self for the rest of your life.

5. Being Sexually Alive.
You’re open with yourself and generous to him. You’re lit up by him and welcome his desire. You generate your own sexual appetite. You’ve educated yourself in this regard.
If you have past issues with abuse, the most loving thing you can do for YOURSELF is get it dealt with. It is not acceptable to resign yourself to “I was abused” as a reason to stay unexpressed sexually and shut down your partner’s natural desires. It’s a tremendous disservice to live a low-sex existence because of your abuse, and put that on your husband. It’s your responsibility to make sure that your sexuality is healthy and accessible to the AMAZING man you love. Be delicious for him.

6. Being Supportive
You embrace and support his choice to have a close, nurturing relationship with his children. This means you will, as a couple, be spending time, money, and attention on them.
When men go through divorce, one of the worst fears they deal with is missing out on their kids’ lives. They had a dream when their children were born. Make sure that, on your watch, he gets to live his dream of being an amazing father. Give him the love, freedom, and acceptance to fully engage with his kids.

7. Trust .

You do not overspend, overeat, become crazy religious, develop emotional relationships with other men, or break his confidence with your mom, sister, or girlfriends. You are faithful. Yes, all of these are areas of faithfulness.

Others:
You will never find a man that stays single, sleeps with lots of women, has no kids, spends no time with his family, drinks and does drugs, truly happy with his life.
Women have taken on the roles of provider, mom, girlfriend, and so much more. They seldom need a man anymore or want one unless they meet a list of expectations…
If you are attracted to a man, see if they are hard workers, and make sure they are honest people. This of course is the same for men. Stop complaining or being drama. When your husband isn’t sure what to do about work, support him and encourage him to be great…but if he chooses to be a garbage truck man…be happy and stick with him no matter what his choices are.

Wives should be loving, caring, individuals that encourage their husband, and create an environment at home of support, respect, trust, and most of all fun and some excitement.

Have sex with your man frequently…he will seldom stray if he is happy at home. Few men (except the douchewagons) would ever leave a woman he loved if she cared for him in this fashion. And most likely, a man that is only inspired to be the garbage man would run a garbage service empire and be quite successful and wealthy if he had this type of support at home. Instead we often end up in relationships filled with fights, complaints, lack of sex, and lots of drama.

5 Other Reasons You Should Never Give Him A BL*W JOB

Blow job is a sexual act that gives men 99% sexual satisfaction, even some preferred BJ(Oral Sex) to Inter course.
But here are the reasons why you should not dare try it.

1. IF He won’t Return The Favor.
Statistically, 70 percent of women have gone out with a guy who expected oral sex but wouldn’t give it in return. Be honest with yourself and admit you’d rather date a Nickelback fan than that dude.

2. IF Too much hairy.
This could be too disgusting and unhealthy. Too much hair around the dick makes the dick not friendly looking.

NB: only if you will do, a cool shower is
required to drive out all the odour.

3. IF You Are Not Comfortable Putting Your Head
Down There.
If anything about putting your face down there makes you uncomfortable. Maybe you’ve never been around a really enormous penis, or an uncircumcised one, or a really short and fat one. Be nice about it (he can’t change it, after all, and maybe you’ll come to like it!) but you are under no obligation to put your mouth on a penis that freaks you out. If you want to give it a try, ask him about it. He probably have some tips.

4. IF You’re Only Doing It Because You Feel It’s A
Normal Thing.
Obligatory sexual acts are generally not fun for anybody. And even if it is fun for him, screw it.

5. IF He Demands That You Swallow.
Deciding to swallow yourself is all good. But a guy who expects it of you is pretty uppity.

8 Things You Should Never Say Right After Sex

There are many things you should never, ever, EVER say to a dude after you’ve gotten it on with him—like, no matter what. Check out some of the worst things a lady can say post-sex from real people and relationship experts.

1. “The worst thing a woman can say to a man after sex is, ‘That was nice.’ Sex isn’t supposed to be ‘nice’—it’s sex. Anything short of ‘wow’ and a guy will think he didn’t perform well.” —Thomas Edwards,

2. “The worst thing you can ever say or talk about to a guy after sex is mentioning anything remotely about, related to, or concerning his mother . It will deflate that mood in less than a nanosecond. Trust me, I’m guilty as charged.” —Tanya T

3. “‘OK. You can leave now.’ Kind of heartless. Also—bossy.” —Amy Schoen
4. “‘We have to hurry, my boyfriend will be here soon.'” —Terri

5. “‘That’s not what I expected.’ This line can be crushing because it hits at the core of a man’s self-image.” —William Cane

6. “The worst thing a woman can say to a guy after sleeping with him is anything in comparison to anyone else she’s been with. Guys don’t want to hear any of that, good or bad. As a couple’s therapist, I’ve seen this cause unnecessary fights and relationship trouble—keep your focus on him!” — Rachel Thomasian

7. “Never say, ‘I wish you could’ve lasted longer.’ This will only add pressure, it won’t solve the problem.” — Adam LoDolce

8. ‘I love you but I’m not in love with you.’ It’s a non-sensical and meaningless phrase which hurts, but doesn’t clarify anything. It also indicates that the sayer of it doesn’t have a clue what love is—not that anyone can define love for the rest of us.” —Russell Friedman

2 BRUTALLY HONEST WAYS TO KNOW IF YOU’RE TRULY READY FOR A RELATIONSHIP

Forget your Mr. or Mrs. Right fantasies, relationships are about something MUCH more important. Being "relationship-ready" is nothing more than being willing to go for it.

And “going for it” means that you are truly willing to be in the foxhole with your partner. It means that you maintain a relationship where you are equals, that is collaborative, and where there is consistent attitude of fairness, justice, and sensitivity. But you can’t do that alone. Your partner must be on board with you completely in this matter. Otherwise it’s just the sound of one hand clapping.
1. What is the perfect relationship for you?
Forget the usual Mr. Right or Mrs. Right fantasies, or any similar idealized version of a person that exists in your head. If you simply look for someone who is tall, or has this feature or that feature that you think you need, you may end up with the person you like, but that does not prepare you to have a great relationship. Don't get me wrong, having your physical qualities is not bad, just don't let it to be your base for being with that person.
The wise thing to do when readying yourself for a relationship is to think about what the relationship must be. Not just for you, for the other person as well.
Yes, the one you haven’t met yet. That means that instead of making a “best features” list, make a list about what the relationship should be; not just for this time … but for all time.
For instance, once you are together, you might both agree that the relationship comes first above all other matters, if that is an important value to you. Or let’s say you believe in putting the relationship first above all other matters, and you find someone who doesn’t agree. Would that be a deal-breaker for you? And if not, why not?

2. Are you being realistic about your deal-breakers?
All people are annoying and difficult and burdensome. That goes for you and me, too. But that doesn’t have to be a problem. The truth is, in a love relationship you are both supposed to accept each other as one another’s burdens. Otherwise you may ask yourself, why do it at all? If you’re going into a relationship for good sex, passionate love, common interests, or physical appearance, prepare yourself for being disappointed, because nobody will meet all of those expectations all the time.  But if you are going into this with your eyes open and with a collaborative heart (and your partner is doing that, also) be prepared for a great relationship.

7 QUALITIES OF A GREAT SEX PARTNER

There comes a point when those one night stands and random encounters stop being so fun and exciting, and start wearing on you. As hot as they can be, what’s even hotter is being with someone who knows you inside and outside of the bedroom.

Having a partner as opposed to someone to play around with allows you to explore different sex positions, tactics, movement and sensations that you can’t explore with as much comfort when you’re with a stranger. But when you reach this critical point – where being someone’s partner is more important than getting laid — it’s time to take a long, hard look at what you’re bringing to the bedside table. “A great sex partner is someone that is committed to the experience of having healthy, fun and satisfying sex that is mutually pleasurable,” says licensed marriage and family therapist, Marissa Nelson, LMFT, CST. “ It is important for men to be a great sex partner because instead of sex acting as validation for a guy’s sense of manhood, or only being about perfect sexual performance, they focus on pleasure and creating a space for exploration, excitement, naughtiness and sexual satisfaction for themselves and partner.” How do you know if you’re bringing the highest level of sexual commitment, attentiveness and intensity to your partner? Here, experts share the qualities of an incredible sex partner. Consider this your check off list:

1. A great sex partner knows how to communicate
In every relationships, there are always sensitive topics: past love history, your first big fight where you completely disagree and that big moment when you give constructive criticism in the bedroom.
As touchy as it may feel to talk about what gets you going and what simply isn’t working, it’s the first step in building intimacy and showing you’re a dedicated partner.
“Knowing what you like and telling your partner exactly how to help you feel good is great communication and allows the focus to be strictly on pleasure,” says relationship expert Dr. Lexx Brown-James, LMF.
If you’re not sure how to get the conversation going, licensed marriage and family therapist, Esther Boykin, LMFT, says asking questions is an easy starting point to open up dialogue.
“The ability to talk about sex is key to creating and maintaining good sexual chemistry,” she says.
“Learn to get comfortable asking your partner about their likes and their fantasies; and don’t wait to be asked to share yours. A great partner is one who is willing to set the stage for honest and loving communication about sex. After all how can you learn how to please each other if you aren’t willing to even talk about it.”

2. A Great Sex Partner Is In Charge Of Their Own Orgasm
Allow the experts (and women everywhere) to set the record straight: it is not your partner’s responsibility to make sure you finish at the end of oral or physical intercourse. In fact, what’s sexier and better when you’re someone’s partner, in life and in bed, is taking charge of your orgasm so they know exactly what you need.
“Taking sexual charge is hot. Sexual confidence is a turnon and knowing your body (and how to manipulate it pleasurably) can also be highly erotic,” says Brown-James.
“Doing these things make a great sex partner baseline and you can add from there to meet your partner’s needs.”
No one wants to spend more time down south because you’re holding on for as long as you can to get the most action, and after she’s orgasmed, she likely doesn’t want to spend another 30 minutes trying to get you to. Be in charge of your sexuality, your orgasm and the things that make you a sexual being — just don’t forget to show her so she learns, too.

3. A Great Sex Partner Can Get Out Of Their Own Way
Even if you’re healthy, active and in superb shape, it’s not always about your body. More times than not, it’s about your mind.
What are you thinking about during foreplay?
Or
when you first start having sex?
Do you spend so much time in your head that you don’t allow yourself to be fully engaged in the moments you’re missing by thinking?
“Our biggest sex organ is out brain! If our minds are all over the place and we are not able to remain present, then it will make it more difficult to enjoy sexual activity and to be a good sexual partner,” says Dr. Rachel Needle, licensed clinical psychologist and certified sex therapist.
The next time you’re getting frisky with your girl, experts say you should focus on the simplest things she’s doing, right in that moment (the way her face moves as she gets turned on, how she reaches for you, the way her breasts move when she’s on top) to keep your mind exactly where it should be: savoring every freakin’ second of sex.

4. A Great Sex Partner Is Curious And Open To Change
Consider what turned you on when you were 16. Then at 21. How about 25?
Just like you evolve in your career and your social circle, your desires and needs change, too. When you’re a good sexual partner, you want to continuously feel connected to the person you’re making love to, and to do that, you have to not only be willing to try new things but allow their intimate feelings to change, too.
“The best part of human relationships, and often the most challenging, is that we are always growing and changing,” Boykin says.
“This dynamic and evolving nature can be especially fun in your sex life but only if you keep an open-minded curiosity about each other. Great sex partners know that great sex starts with a commitment to keep learning and exploring your partner’s body and mind.”

5. A Great Sex Partner Doesn’t Skimp On The Foreplay
FACT: If you don’t think by now, you should: women need foreplay more than men.
When you’re warming up for a big race — as sex can often be like — you have to stretch everything out and warm up before crossing that finish line.
If you have the same kiss, touch, lick and spank tango, your girlfriend is probably getting tired of it already.
“The good news is that foreplay need not be relegated to some kind of step-by-step routine you learned in high school. A great sex partner knows that foreplay is anything that increases the anticipation of sex in their partner,” Boykin says.
“Sexy text messages, a photo, a massage, a little help around the house- whatever it takes to help your partner transition from the busy-ness of their daily routine into a mental (and physical) space that is focused on experiencing pleasure counts as foreplay.”
The key to foreplay, really, is making sure your partner is happy.
Why?
When they’re at their happiest and most comfortable, that’s when they will let go sexually and both of you will have a better time.

6. A Great Sex Partner Is Confident
“Confidence and assertiveness isn’t about always taking charge or always initiating. Rather it’s a quality that allows you to be flexible and secure as you navigate the ebb and flow of sexuality in your relationship,” Boykin says.
“Great sex partners don’t shy away from adventure or vulnerability in sex; they embrace it with self-assurance. That willingness to put yourself out there and trust that you have something amazing to offer your sex partner is often a self-fulfilling prophecy leading you to be the greatest sex partner they ever had.”
By showing your partner that you are a sexual being and you’re confident in your abilities, you’re illustrating that you’re going to be in charge of your sexual destiny.
This way, she knows you’re always up for something and always willing to learn.
“Just remember that confidence is not the same as cockiness (no pun intended),” Boykin notes.
“You still need to be curious and attentive to your partner’s needs but when you ask do so with the confidence that whatever they need, you are the man who can give it to them.”

7. A Great Sex Partner Has Fun Ultimately, the point of sex is to enjoy yourselves, right?
No one has sex because it’s horrible, a bad experience and something they ‘have to do.’ (And if they are, that’s your first problem, bro.)
Nelson says that being an awesome partner is someone who loves having sex and especially, loves having sex with you.
“You should make sex lively, entertaining and enjoyable. Don’t be afraid to share a laugh, try crazy positions, try sex toys together or go on a hunt for that spot you read about,” she says.
“Some playfulness, mixed with adventure and some steamy moments makes for an incredibly awesome sex life, thanks to you.”

Following the much publicised interview singer, Tiwa Savage gave revealing much from the drama in her marriage crash, a social media user has questioned her intent, and analysing the damage her interview may have just caused.

We may likely not have seen the end to the ongoing saga between these celebrity couples, more revelation and counter accusations will follow…it’s gonna get messy in the next couple of days, Now the police are involved, NDLEA, the EFCC and sadly their poor child will be reading all their outbust online later in the near future.
Their wedding broke the Internet so is their break up.

So how did Tiwa Savage implicate herself?

•You and I never knew TeeBillz is a drug addict until Tiwa (his wife) told us all including the NDLEA…she confirmed seeing him sniff Cocaine in their kitchen.
•You and I never knew TeeBillz was promiscuous until Tiwa (his wife) told us all including human rights activists and his future wife (if any)
You and I never knew TeeBillz is a fraudster until Tiwa (his wife) told us all including the Police, ICPC and EFCC, Now Buhari is aware.
•You and I never knew TeeBillz is in great debt until Tiwa (his wife) told us all including his business partners, nobody likes to do business with a chronic debtor.

Tiwa Savage just killed a man.

Yet she came crying to the world that she loved her husband and she will always pray for him not to get hurt…well, can somebody tell her that she did not only hurt that man, she put a bullet through his head, killed him and checked if he is still breathing then kissed him saying ‘I love you babe’

According to Tiwa “If there is anything that maybe I overlooked, or didn’t love him enough, or made him less of a man, then I am sorry. I am absolutely sorry…Tunji I am sorry. But you know I tried everything, you know I love you so much, and I am sorry, I never wanted to divorce, and I never wanted it to get to this. I want you to get better…and I would always pray for you.”

What she said was a typical example of “wen rat dey chop your leg e go dey blow you breeze make you for nor know until e go almost chop the leg finish”

Should any thing happen to Teebillz, Tiwa Savage would have a case to answer.

Rob Kardashian insists wedding witn Blac Chyna won't be televised

The question on everyone's mind has been whether the cameras will be rolling when Rob Kardashian says 'I do' to Blac Chyna.
But Rob has dashed all hopes of that happening - insisting his wedding won't be televised when the big day finally swings around.
The couple, who recently got engaged following a whirlwind romance, were spotted arriving in LAX Airport in Los Angeles on Monday.
A TMZ reporter caught up with the pair while they waited for their bags and quizzed them about what we can expect when they tie the knot.

After being told the ceremony could be the biggest TV spectacular ever, Rob ended up nipping the suggestion in the bud.
He said:
"I'm not televising anything. I'm really just trying to be happy, that's all. Everybody's happy."
Rob also revealed that he's been cheating on his diet.
The 29-year-old has recently shed an incredible 50lbs but confessed he's been snacking on fatty foods such as pizza.
Brushing off the idea that the grub has derailed his diet, he explained:
 "It's cool. I cheat. I'm a cheater."
