"He informed her he had divorced her online two years previously."
The court heard father-of-four McLeod-Baikie told police he paid £600 for an online divorce from Susan four years ago.
But the divorce wasn't official before he remarried to his second wife Helen.

Claims: Andrew said he'd secured a divorce online
Mark Layton, defending, said McLeod-Baikie paid £600 to get a divorce online.
He said: "He presented the paperwork to the vicar who married them. It was quite a large function, and he was not secretive about it.

Second time lucky? Andrew with second wife Helen
"He should have paid more attention to the paperwork. Clearly the decree absolute had not been granted."
Mr Layton said that the bigamist would have to end his illegal second marriage, and remarry Helen once his divorce was finalised.
