Teenage twin sisters accused of tying up and robbing an 85-year-old 'sugar daddy' could face life sentences.
Shalaine and Shaina Foster, both 17, were arrested in October on charges including kidnapping, burglary, robbery, assault and grand larceny following an alleged assault on Paul Aronson at his New York townhouse.
Their
legal team has applied for the charges to be dismissed, with Shalaine's
lawyer arguing that the OAP was for "looking for action" with the
teenagers, the New York Daily News reports.

'Sugar daddy': Mr Aronson was allegedly held for 20 hours after being tied to a table
But at a court hearing on Friday, a judge said there had been
no ruling on the application, and the twins are to remain in jail while
the case continues.
If convicted of the charges, the pair face up to life in prison.
One of the sisters is said to have contacted Aronson on the website Seekingarrangement.com.
Prosecutors
say the twisted sisters tied the elderly victim up to a coffee table in
his home on October 1 and left him there helpless for 20 hours while
using his credit cards to buy makeup.
But when they were first charges, one of the sisters appeared to blame her sibling.

Charged: Shalaine Foster's lawyers want the case against her dropped
Shalaine's lawyer Brian Kennedy said his client denied participating in any attack on the elderly “daddy.”
“Shaina
is the one who met this guy at least one time prior. My client was just
there by happenstance,” he said outside the courtroom.
Kennedy
said that the alleged victim gave the underage girls Bacardi Razz and
had impure expectations from his meetup with the sisters.
